Take a moment to notice what is making today feel good. Let yourself enjoy it before rushing to the next thing.

🌷 Little boost: Write down one thing you want to remember about today.

😊 Good

Even small good moments matter. Notice something comforting, funny, peaceful, or meaningful about today.

🌷 Little boost: Think of one good thing that happened today.

🙂 Okay

Okay is okay. Not every day needs to be exciting. Ordinary days can still hold small moments worth noticing.

🌷 Little boost: Ask yourself, “What would make today 5% better?”

😔 Low

If today feels heavy, you do not need to fix everything at once. Focus on making the next few minutes a little gentler.

🌷 Little boost: Water, fresh air, a favorite song, or a short break.

😣 Stressed

Stress can make everything feel urgent. Try narrowing your attention to only the next thing you need to do.

😢 Struggling

Some days are genuinely difficult. Rest, connection, and support can matter more than pushing through everything alone.
